About Mid Peninsula Management, Inc.
In the late 1980s, Bruce Heathcote started building this Property Management company with the philosophy that each property owner deserves the respect as if they are family and their buildings will be taken care of as if they were his own. Jerry joined his father in the family business after graduating college in 1995. In 2014 Jerry transitioned into taking full responsibility of the business and is just as committed as his dad was.
Over the years, this family-based philosophy still remains the same and is the foundation of our business practices. We strive to offer the best possible service to our owners and tenants. Leveraging the use of the most currently available technology and online services we are easily able to keep up with the demands of both owners and tenants while still being able to be flexible with the services we are able to offer.
